The original GWT varient designed for use inside larger wire processing machines is the PressHead -- it is still in Production. Here is a GWT 301P Press Head running M39029/58-360 contacts in a Komax Gamma wire processing machine. The cycle speeds here are remarkable - about 2700 contacts crimped per hour!

Overview and Demo of the LC Crimp Machine -- Our entry level "Low Cost" automated crimping machine for loose (bulk) Machined or MIlSPEC contacts. Available exclusively for benchtop use, the LC Machine is often half or less the price of the GWT! It is simple to operate: A Wire Processing Technician can be crimping contacts after only a few minutes of training:

A custom LC Based Crimp Machine built to automatically feed Customer's Proprietary Electrical Contact to an ASTRO No. 612141 Pneumatic Crimp Tool: This customer needed unobstructed access to the ferule of the electrical contact due to their use of heavy cable with VERY short leads and a very small proprietary 24ga electrical contact, features that made use of our standard wire-guide funnels impractical. Additionally, the customer requested the automation of the same model of Astro pneumatic crimp tool currently in use in their production process. So, we mated our standard slide escapement LC to the Astro tool and developed an articulated stopper that would locate the electrical contact for proper crimp position and then more completely out of the way so the operator could use both hands to insert the fine wire into the tiny 24ga ferule. The resulting machine can greatly increase operator speed as well as reduce errors and wasted materials.

Here is some footage of our SPXY Seal Plug Insertion system in action. The fist clip shows the hand insert method for comparison. Also note the "Dummy" unwired contacts being inserted and then pressed to depth by a force-feedback linear actuator driven inserter head, and a seal plug being inserted into the same cavity! We're not aware any any other system with this capibility::

Here is a video demoing a late-stage prototype of our SPXY Machine built to insert sections of teflon seal rod into connectors. The machine de-spools rolls of Seal Rod material, cut sections of rod, and inserts the cut sections of rod into connectors in programmed patterns:

Here is a video of the current model of the CDSS SPG Handheld Seal Plug Insertion Gun System. This system was built for TE 114017 (Deutsch size 16) White Seal Plugs, comonly used in automotive wire harnesses. Like with our other machines, we build these SPG gun systems for just about any seal plug, including unusual or proprietary parts. View on YouTube:
